Why the daily limit?
Working out a brand-new part costs real money, so there's a cap to stop the whole thing being drained by a script. Everything else — reprints, tweaks to a part already in the library, downloading an STL again — is unlimited and always will be. If you hit the cap regularly, tell us and we'll raise it.
